Thank you for preparing the delicious meal at the Smith-Kruse rehearsal dinner. Everyone enjoyed all the food. Your pastry chef did a great job with my recipes. I heard many compliments about the chicken–so moist but not greasy. The salads were excellent and a number of guests were particularly pleased with the vegetables.

I think the room was wonderful for our event and the sound system too. You were so easy to work with. I have to say thank you, thank you, thank you.
